As Founder and Managing Principal of Principle Construction, Leon’s role includes communication between offices, staff development, strategic planning and financial oversight. Leon has a diverse background having been a developer, consultant and construction executive. He graduated from Jacksonville State University in 1989 where he played baseball. He then earned an MBA from LaGrange College. He is an avid community supporter and serves on multiple boards. He is married to Lisa Moody and they have four children and two granddaughters.

Mandi graduated from Northside High School in 2009. She began working in the Restoration Industry in 2012. In 2015, her family moved to Fort Riley in Kansas where she was a stay at home mom with her two young daughters. In 2018, she moved back to Columbus, Georgia and continued her work in the Restoration Industry. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her daughters, family and friends. Mandi is a sports fanatic and enjoys college football.

Pat manages the Mitigation Division for the Columbus office. He has been in the restoration business for over 35 years working on both commercial and residential projects. He has called Columbus home for all of his adult life. Pat is married to Lee Rollier. They enjoy spending time with their three adult children and one grandchild.

Paul manages Principle Restoration, a wholly owned subsidiary of Principle Construction. He earned his degree in Building Construction Technology from Georgia Southern University. His focus is sales and operations management in West Georgia and East Alabama. Paul served as the former president of the Greater Columbus Homebuilders Association, was awarded the Torch Award by the Columbus Chamber of Commerce for doing business with integrity. He is married to Helen Posey and they have two adult daughters and five grandsons.

Dan has called Columbus home for most of his life and in that time owned a Lawn Service for 10 years before becoming a glazing supervisor for a local glass company where he spent six years. He then spent 12 years with a local rental company as their Project Manager gaining experience in repairs and construction. Dan joined Principle Restoration in 2021. He has five adult children, four grandsons and one granddaughter. He is an avid sportsman. 

Carlo attended New England Technical School in Cincinnati where he trained as a vehicle mechanic. He soon found himself involved in construction, learning all aspects of the trade. He is known as Mr. Fix-It and a jack of all trades and takes pride in his work. Carlo moved to Columbus, GA in 2012 and began working at Principle Restoration in 2016.
