Crayton Building Renovation Begins

Principle recently began complete renovations on the historic Crayton building on the square in downtown LaGrange, GA. Built in 1873, the Crayton building features a basement and two floors above ground. A steel frame is being added inside the load bearing walls. An EIFS system will be applied to the exterior portions of the upper story that will be reframed due to prior water damage. The project owner is United Investors, project architect is Smith Design Group, and the project engineer is Stothard Engineering.
