JEH hired Principle to Design and Build a new Office and Warehouse to allow for growth. The project was planned and shelved for a year. The Owner then moved forward and field forces were mobilized. Principle built the addition, then moved employees into the addition, then renovated the existing space that was not occupied. JEH immediately began adding and moving employees into the newly renovated space. Considerations for the new space and existing space included adding LED lighting, restrooms, changing paint colors, ingress and egress, storing of trade show and marketing booths and materials that go in and out of the building on a regular basis. Leon Moody commented “we always want to understand a customers business . That helps us design and build a facility that best serves their needs”.
